Kim Vu Fabric successfully organized a “communication and effective consulting skills training session” to improve customer service quality.

With the desire to not only provide quality fabric samples but also have good customer service, Kim Vu Fabric organized an in-depth training session on effective communication and consulting skills for our staff, especially business personnel. The event took place on August 15th, under the guidance of Mrs. Ngo Thi Hong, a reputable expert in the field of training at Van Lang University and College of Technology II, majoring in Tailoring and Fashion.

The training session opened with impressive greetings.

The atmosphere of the training session immediately became lively and exciting with impressive self-introductions from the participating staff. The confidence and enthusiasm of each member created an open exchange space, breaking down all barriers and arousing the spirit of learning. This shows that Kim Vu Fabric not only focuses on equipping professional knowledge but also emphasizes building a positive working environment, where each individual feels valued and maximizes their abilities.

The content of the training session is structured in a methodical and scientific manner

  • Script of 10 professional customer service steps: Trainees are equipped with a detailed, step-by-step script to help them confidently lead conversations with customers in a professional and effective manner.
  • Handling real situations: Mrs. Hong shared many practical situations that are often encountered while working with customers, and guided Trainees on how to handle them skillfully and professionally.
  • Creating a confident demeanor: A confident demeanor is a key factor in making a good impression on customers. The training session helped Trainees practice confidence in communication, from voice, body language to how to present problems.
  • Customer segmentation and effective consultation: Mrs. Hong instructed how to identify different customer groups and develop appropriate consulting strategies for each group.

Ms. Phuong, an employee participating in the training session, shared: “Mrs. Hong is very friendly and cheerful. What I heard was very interesting and practical. Surely after this session, I can confidently communicate and serve my customers better.”

A special feature of the training session is the practice of simulated situations.

Trainees are divided into groups and practice handling common real-life situations. This helps them consolidate their knowledge and skills, and train their ability to adapt flexibly in all situations.

Mrs. Tran Hoang Kim Ngan (Vice Director of Kim Vu Fabric and Fashion Company Limited), emphasized: “Understanding yourself will find the motivation to push yourself, create your own opportunities to go further in your work. I wish you Trainees after the training session will have more professional knowledge to serve your work.” This shows that Kim Vu Fabric not only cares about business results but also focuses on human development, creating conditions for each employee to maximize their potential.

Kim Vu Fabric always focuses on improving the quality of customer service, affirming the company’s position not only as a supplier of high-quality fashion fabrics and uniform fabrics but also as a reliable partner, bringing customers great service experiences.
